The third-generation US Odyssey grew longer and wider, and the LX was its entry trim from 2005 to 2010, with a 3.5 L V6 rated 244 hp, front-wheel drive and a five-speed automatic. Honda reserved VCM cylinder deactivation for the EX-L and Touring.
