Honda announced the That's on 7 February 2002 and sold it from 8 February 2002 through Honda Primo dealers, a tall kei wagon in a deliberately boxy but rounded design. It used a 660 cc engine, front or four-wheel drive and a three-speed automatic, with 64 PS (47 kW) in the turbo version. Honda rated the front-drive car at 19 km/L on the 10-15 mode cycle, which it called top of its class, and planned to sell 6,000 a month in Japan, with prices from 1,034,000 yen before tax. Honda said it chose the name hoping buyers would say 'that's the one' on seeing it. The model left the lineup in 2007.
Tall kei hatchback of 2002-2007 slotted above the Life, with a turbo option; short-lived and replaced by the Zest.
