STORY
The EH7 is a battery-electric mid-size sedan launched in 2024. It is part of Hongqi's push to build a modern EV range that competes with domestic rivals on technology rather than on state prestige. It comes with rear-motor and dual-motor drivetrains and has a low, slippery four-door body quite unlike the upright formality of the L5 or H9. It is the electric counterpart to Hongqi's petrol sedans and does not replace them.
