STORY

The Hyundai Accent is a subcompact car introduced in 1994 as a successor to the Excel, sold in various markets under names including Excel, Verna, Solaris and Brio. It has been offered in sedan, hatchback and (early on) coupe body styles across multiple generations. It became one of Hyundai's global best-sellers, valued for low price and fuel economy.
