STORY

The Alcazar is the three-row, long-wheelbase version of the Creta, built for India. Hyundai Motor India launched it on 18 June 2021 from Rs 16.30 lakh ex-showroom, with a 159 PS 2.0-litre petrol or a 115 PS 1.5-litre diesel, in six- and seven-seat layouts. The wheelbase is 2,760 mm, 150 mm longer than the Creta's. A 160 PS 1.5-litre turbo petrol later took over from the 2.0. The facelift was revealed on 22 August 2024 with a Creta-style nose, H-shaped lights and 18-inch wheels, and prices were announced on 9 September 2024, starting at Rs 14.99 lakh for petrol.
