Beijing Hyundai revealed the Chinese name of the Lafesta, Feisita, in late September 2018 and put the fastback compact sedan on sale on 18 October 2018. It started at 119,800 yuan and was 4,660 mm long on a 2,700 mm wheelbase. At launch power came from a 1.4-litre turbo with 140 PS or a 1.6-litre turbo with 190 or 204 PS, and a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox was offered.
