STORY

Hyundai released the first interior and exterior images of the Staria on 18 March 2021, and sales were planned for 2021, starting in Korea. Seating runs from 2 to 11, though the 11-seat version was for Korea only. The launch engines were a 2.2-litre diesel and a 3.5-litre V6 petrol, with an LPG option in Korea. The electric Staria premiered at the Brussels Motor Show on 9 January 2026 with an 84 kWh battery and a 160 kW front motor, offered in 7- and 9-seat forms. Hyundai estimates up to 400 km on the WLTP cycle, a figure it had not finalized.
