STORY

Hyundai revealed the Venue at the New York International Auto Show on 17 April 2019 as a 2020 model, a crossover below the Kona that is 5.1 inches shorter. The US car had a naturally aspirated 1.6-litre four expected to produce 121 hp, front-wheel drive, and a six-speed manual or a CVT. In India, Hyundai Motor India launched the Venue in New Delhi on 21 May 2019 at prices from Rs 6.5 lakh ex-showroom, and Hyundai called it India's first fully connected SUV. A refreshed Venue followed in India in June 2022 from Rs 7.53 lakh.
