STORY

The Refine S3 (Ruifeng S3) was JAC's breakout SUV. It launched in 2013 and quickly became one of China's best-selling small crossovers, with sales well into six figures a year at its peak. A high-riding body, generous equipment and a low price made it a benchmark for the budget compact-SUV class. It was exported under several names, including JS3.
