The 420G is the Mark X renamed in 1966. The Mark X had already gained the 4.2-litre XK six in 1964, and the 420G kept it. Jaguar showed the 420G at the London Motor Show in October 1966. It remained the largest saloon Jaguar made, and it was built until 1970.
The renamed Mark X of 1966-1970. It was Jaguar's largest saloon, with the 4.2 XK six.
