Naturally aspirated 5.0 litre AJ-V8 of around 385 hp, fitted to the pre-facelift first-generation XF (X250) saloon. Rear-wheel drive with a six-speed automatic, it sat below the supercharged XFR as the top normally aspirated petrol option.

STORY

The XF is Jaguar's mid-size executive saloon that replaced the S-Type in 2007, marking a bold styling departure under designer Ian Callum. A second generation arrived in 2015 on the lightweight aluminium architecture, offered as saloon and Sportbrake estate. It has served as a core model in Jaguar's line-up alongside the larger XJ.
