STORY

The XJ12 was the twelve-cylinder version of the XJ saloon, introduced in 1972 with Jaguar's 5.3-litre V12 engine. It gave the XJ effortless, refined performance and for a time was among the fastest and smoothest saloons in the world. It ran through the Series 1 to 3 XJ bodies until 1992.
