STORY
The XJS was a grand tourer launched in 1975 to succeed the E-Type, prioritising refined high-speed cruising over outright sportiness. Available with V12 and later straight-six power, it was offered as coupé and convertible. It enjoyed a long 21-year production run, receiving a major facelift in 1991.
