STORY

The XKSS was a road-going conversion of the Le Mans-winning D-Type, created by Jaguar in 1957 to use up surplus race chassis. Only 16 were completed before a fire at the Browns Lane factory destroyed the remaining cars and tooling. It is one of the rarest and most valuable Jaguars, later joined by a run of continuation cars.
