STORY
The CJ-7 arrived in 1976 with a wheelbase between the CJ-5 and CJ-6, and it was the first CJ to offer an automatic transmission, and Quadra-Trac full-time four-wheel drive was an option. Its removable hardtop and steel doors broadened everyday usability, and it ran until 1986 when the Wrangler YJ replaced it.
