STORY

The 350 GT was Lamborghini's first production car, launched in 1964 and derived from the 350 GTV prototype, powered by a Giotto Bizzarrini-designed 3.5-litre V12 with bodywork by Touring of Milan. In 1966 it evolved into the 400 GT 2+2, which enlarged the engine to 4.0 litres and added two small rear seats. These front-engined grand tourers established Ferruccio Lamborghini's marque as a credible rival to Ferrari.
