STORY

The Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce was revealed at Geneva in March 2015 as the hardest version of the car: the 6.5-litre V12 lifted to 750 CV (552 kW), 50 kg trimmed for a 1,525 kg dry weight, 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and more than 350 km/h. Lamborghini published a Nordschleife lap of 6:59.73 by Marco Mapelli in May 2015, and confirmed at Auto Shanghai on 20 April that the coupe run would stop at 600 cars. An open SV Roadster, 1,575 kg dry and limited to 500 cars, was unveiled at The Quail on 14 August 2015 with deliveries from early 2016.
