STORY
Launched in 2011 as the successor to the Murciélago, the Aventador (LP 700-4) introduced a new 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 and a carbon-fibre monocoque. It used a single-clutch ISR automated manual and permanent all-wheel drive, becoming Lamborghini's flagship V12 supercar. A 2017 update brought the LP 740-4 S with rear-wheel steering and more power.
