STORY

The Urraco was Lamborghini's compact 2+2 sports car of the 1970s, powered by a transverse V8 and intended to rival the Ferrari Dino and Porsche 911. Styled by Marcello Gandini at Bertone, it was offered with 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0-litre V8 engines during a period of financial difficulty for the company. About 791 were built between 1972 and 1979, and it spawned the Silhouette and later Jalpa.
