C11 Pure

STORY

The C11 was launched in 2021 as Leapmotor's first mid-size SUV. It turned the company from a niche curiosity into a volume manufacturer. It introduced the C-platform and helped set up Leapmotor's in-house approach, in which the company develops its own motors, battery packs and controllers instead of buying complete systems. A range-extender version followed and became a large part of C11 sales. It gives buyers electric driving, with a petrol generator for long trips.
