STORY

The Aviator name first appeared for 2003 as a smaller companion to the Navigator. The 2020 relaunch on Ford's rear-drive CD6 platform created the modern three-row luxury SUV. The second generation offered a 400-hp twin-turbo 3.0L V6 and a plug-in hybrid Grand Touring variant with 494 hp. It has been a central model in Lincoln's SUV-focused lineup and one of the brand's best-received modern products.
