STORY

The Navigator is Lincoln's full-size luxury SUV, launched for the 1998 model year as the brand's upscale version of the Ford Expedition. It helped start the American luxury-SUV boom. Over four generations it has become Lincoln's flagship, with a body-on-frame chassis and an increasingly lavish cabin. The fourth generation, introduced for 2018, has an aluminum body and a standard 450-horsepower 3.5-liter twin-turbo EcoBoost V6. Later versions feature Lincoln's reclining Perfect Position seats and large digital displays.
