STORY

The D60 is a monocoque mid-size crossover launched by SAIC's Maxus brand in 2019, sitting alongside the ladder-frame D90 as the softer, family-oriented half of the D-series. It was built as a car-style SUV rather than on the LDV-descended commercial hardware, and used SAIC's 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine. Marketed in China with five- and seven-seat layouts, it also underpinned the battery-electric Euniq 6 and reached export markets such as the Philippines.
