The Mazda Carol is a kei car first launched in 1962, notable early on for its water-cooled four-cylinder engine and distinctive reverse-slanted rear window. After a long hiatus the nameplate returned as a badge-engineered kei car. Modern versions are rebranded Suzuki Altos sold through Mazda dealers.
