STORY

The Luce was Mazda's flagship sedan line, launched in 1966 with a first generation styled by Bertone. In 1969 the rare front-wheel-drive R130 Rotary Coupe joined the range as a rotary-powered luxury coupe, and later generations continued into the 1980s and early 1990s, with export versions sold as the Mazda 929.
