GLA 35 AMG 4MATIC

STORY

Mercedes-AMG showed the Concept GLA 45 AMG at the Los Angeles show in November 2013 and gave the production car its premiere on 13 January 2014 in Detroit, the 2.0-litre M133 turbo four rated at 265 kW (360 PS); the sales release followed in March 2014 and the market launch in July. The facelift presented in Detroit in January 2017 took the GLA 45 to 381 PS and 475 Nm. With the second body, the H247 GLA shown in December 2019, the line split in two: the GLA 35 4MATIC used the M260 with 306 PS, while the GLA 45 and GLA 45 S revealed on 26 February 2020 moved to the hand-assembled M139, the S version with 421 PS. The facelifted GLA 35 followed on 16 March 2023, with a 48-volt starter-generator.
