The MG RX5 is the MG-badged version of the Roewe RX5, a SUV that Roewe unveiled in 2016. The MG version went on sale in markets such as the Middle East and the Philippines from February 2018. It uses turbocharged 1.5-litre or 2.0-litre petrol engines, while the plug-in hybrid and electric versions were sold under the Roewe name.
