The U61W 0.66 is the first-generation Town Box (1999-2011), a rear-drive kei passenger van with a short bonnet based on the Minicab. Its 657 cc 3G83 three-cylinder produces 48 PS, and a turbocharged 4A30 was reserved for the RX grade, so this standard car is the naturally aspirated one.

STORY

The Town Box is a Mitsubishi kei passenger wagon with two very different histories. The first generation went on sale in April 1999 as the successor to the Mini Cab Bravo. The name returned on 27 February 2014 as an OEM supply from Suzuki's Every Wagon range, with a 660 cc three-cylinder DOHC turbo and a four-speed automatic. In 2015 the third generation arrived, still a Suzuki-supplied model. The 2014 and later cars are therefore Suzuki-built, unlike the 1999 original.
