STORY

The Altima is Nissan's mid-size sedan for North America, launched in the early 1990s to slot above the Sentra. Over successive generations it grew in size and power, offering four-cylinder and V6 engines and, in some years, a high-performance V6 variant. It has long been one of Nissan's best-selling models in the United States.
