STORY

Nissan began selling the Fuga in Japan in October 2004 as the successor to the Cedric and Gloria. The second generation, the Y51, followed in November 2009 with a 2.5-litre and a 3.7-litre V6, and a hybrid with a 3.5-litre V6 was added in November 2010. A 100-car Premium Select Edition went on sale in May 2022 as the last special model. Production ended on 31 August 2022, and Nissan's own model listing gives the Y51 run as November 2009 to August 2022.
