The 50th Anniversary is an R35.2 GT-R coupe with a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 making 570 PS and 633 Nm, driving all four wheels. It was offered in two-tone Bayside Blue, Pearl White or Super Silver with racing stripes. The stripes were a nod to the Skyline GT-R KPGC10 race cars, and inside it got its own steering wheel and shift knob trim and embossed seats.

STORY

The R35 Nissan GT-R launched in 2007 as a standalone flagship, no longer a Skyline variant, powered by a hand-built twin-turbo VR38DETT V6 and an advanced ATTESA E-TS all-wheel-drive system with a dual-clutch transaxle. Its supercar performance at a relatively accessible price earned it the nickname 'Godzilla' and repeated record runs at the Nurburgring. A major 2016 facelift (for the 2017 model year) refreshed the styling and raised output. Production of the long-lived R35 concluded in 2025.
