The Aruz is Perodua's seven-seat compact SUV, launched in early 2019 as a rebadged Daihatsu Terios/Toyota Rush. It is built on a rear-wheel-drive platform with a 1.5-litre engine and three rows of seats, and targets families who want SUV styling at an affordable price. The Aruz was one of the first Perodua models to offer the A.S.A. active-safety system as standard.
