STORY

The Peugeot 205 was a supermini produced from 1983 to 1998 and is widely credited with saving Peugeot financially in the 1980s. It was praised for its styling and handling, and the 205 GTI (1.6 and 1.9 litre) became one of the definitive hot hatchbacks of its era. Its motorsport sibling, the 205 T16, dominated Group B rallying.
