STORY

Peugeot presented the 207 in January 2006 as the successor to the 206, which had been on sale since 1998, with sales in France, Spain and Italy starting that April, on 6 April in France. The hot version, sold as the RC in some markets, used a 1.6-litre turbo petrol with 175 hp. The 208 took over from the 207 in 2012, although one listing shows production continuing in some countries until 2014, while another gives the run as 2006 to 2012.
