STORY

The Peugeot Landtrek is a pickup built in China with Changan, and Mexico was the first market for the Peugeot-badged truck, with sales starting in November 2020 at 504,900 pesos for the manual Allure 4x2. The Mexican engine is a 2.4 litre turbo petrol with 210 hp, paired with a six-speed manual or automatic, while a 1.9 litre diesel was announced for South America. In China the same truck is the Kaicene F70, and in Chile it is sold as the Changan Hunter. In South Africa prices were announced in November 2021 for only the 1.9 litre turbodiesel (110 kW, 350 Nm), a six-speed automatic, from R579,900 for the Allure 4x2 and R669,900 for the 4Action 4x4.
