STORY

The Peugeot RCZ, launched in 2010, was a sports coupé with a distinctive double-bubble roof and aluminium arches, developed from the earlier 308 RCZ concept. It was built by Magna Steyr in Austria and had turbocharged 1.6 petrol and 2.0 HDi diesel engines. The later RCZ R flagship produced 270 hp, making it the most powerful production Peugeot road car of its time. Its design made it a halo model that lifted Peugeot's image.
