G8 GT 6.0 V8

STORY

The Pontiac G8 was the Holden Commodore (VE) on GM's Zeta platform, built at Holden's Elizabeth plant near Adelaide from 18 December 2007. US dealers received the first cars in early 2008, and Canadian sales started that year as a 2009 model. The V6 made 256 hp, the GT's 6.0-litre V8 361 hp at launch and 355 hp later in 2009, and the GXP added in 2009 had a 6.2-litre LS3 V8 with 415 hp. Production ended in June 2009 as GM wound down Pontiac.
