STORY
The Renault 30 TS was unveiled at the Geneva motor show in March 1975 with the 2,664 cc PRV V6, an engine developed jointly by Peugeot, Renault and Volvo. The four-cylinder Renault 20 followed in November 1975, in L, TL and GTL versions, and a 2.0-litre Renault 20 TS arrived in July 1977. Both cars were five-door hatchbacks built in Sandouville, France, on one shared body. The 20 had two rectangular headlamps, and the 30 had four round ones. After the 1973 oil crisis the V6-powered 30 found it hard to attract buyers.
