STORY

The Citigo (1st generation, type AA) was a close sibling of the Volkswagen up! and SEAT Mii. Series production began in October 2011 at the Volkswagen plant in Bratislava, with a 1.0 MPI three-cylinder at 44 kW (60 PS) or 55 kW (75 PS); the five-door body followed in 2012. The Citigo-e iV, a battery-electric version in the same body, entered production on 20 November 2019 with a 61 kW motor and a 36.8 kWh gross (32.3 kWh net) battery. Skoda named 265 km WLTP at the May 2019 reveal and 252 km in its November 2019 release.
