STORY

The Kodiaq is Škoda's large seven-seat SUV, first shown at its world premiere at Kraftwerk Berlin on the evening of 31 August 2016, with a length of 4.70 m. It was built at Kvasiny, and by January 2024 more than 870,000 first-generation cars had come from plants in the Czech Republic, Ukraine, China and, until early 2022, Russia. Škoda unveiled the second generation in Berlin on 4 October 2023, and series production was announced at Kvasiny on 17 January 2024. Its five powertrains run from 110 kW (150 hp) to 150 kW (204 hp), with a plug-in hybrid added. The China-only Kodiaq GT is a separate model.
