STORY

The Studebaker Golden Hawk was the top model of Studebaker's 'Hawk' family of sporting coupes. The 1956 first-series car had a powerful Packard 352-cubic-inch V8. The 1957-1958 second series switched to a supercharged Studebaker V8 with similar performance and better weight distribution. It was one of the fastest American production coupes of its day.
