The BRZ tS of the facelifted generation is the STI-tuned version of the updated coupe, listed from 2016 to 2020. It has the C-clamp LED headlamps and wider front bumper of the August 2016 update, and the manual car's power rose to about 205 horsepower from the 2.0-litre flat-four, still with rear-wheel drive.

STORY

The Subaru BRZ is a rear-wheel-drive sports coupe co-developed with Toyota (sold as the 86/GT86), launched in 2012 with a naturally aspirated boxer engine mounted low for a balanced chassis. The first generation used a 2.0-liter FA20, while the second generation from 2021 upgraded to a 2.4-liter FA24 for stronger mid-range torque. It is valued for its light weight and handling aimed at the driver rather than outright power.
