The Crosstrek 2.5i is the larger-engined petrol model of the second generation (GT). Subaru added the 2.5-litre four-cylinder with the 2021 model year update, giving about 182 horsepower, clearly more than the 2.0-litre cars, with an automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive.

STORY

The Subaru Crosstrek (originally XV Crosstrek) is a subcompact crossover derived from the Impreza hatchback, first introduced in 2012 with raised ground clearance and standard all-wheel drive. It has become one of Subaru's best-sellers, later gaining a plug-in hybrid variant. The model moved to the Subaru Global Platform with its second generation and was fully redesigned again in 2023.
