The Exiga 2.5i is the export version of the second-phase Exiga with the older EJ25 engine, built from 2011 to 2015. This 2.5-litre four-cylinder makes about 170 horsepower, paired with an automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive. It was replaced in Japan by the newer FB25 engine in July 2012.

STORY

The Subaru Exiga was a compact seven-seat MPV/crossover wagon produced from 2008, sharing much of its platform with the Legacy and Impreza. It featured a low-roof, three-row 'panoramic' cabin and boxer engines with symmetrical all-wheel drive. A raised Crossover 7 variant appeared later before production ended around 2018.
