The Impreza 2.5i Sedan is the US-market four-door of the third generation, on the GE chassis. Its 2.5-litre four-cylinder EJ25 petrol engine is rated at 170 hp and drives all four wheels through a manual gearbox. It was sold in the 2008 and 2009 model years, the four-door counterpart of the 2.5i hatchback.

STORY

The Subaru Impreza is a compact car launched in 1992 to replace the Leone, offered as a sedan, hatchback, and wagon with boxer engines and available all-wheel drive. It became known worldwide through the turbocharged WRX and WRX STI performance versions and Subaru's rally successes, though those were later split into a separate WRX line. The fifth generation moved to the Subaru Global Platform in 2016.
