The Legacy 2.0 DOHC Touring Wagon is the naturally aspirated estate of the facelifted BE/BH Legacy in Japan, sold from 2001 to 2003. As the TS type R wagon it uses the EJ204 2.0-litre twin-cam four-cylinder, rated at 155 PS, with an automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive. It remained the step below the turbocharged GT and GT-B wagons.

STORY

The Subaru Legacy is a mid-size car launched in 1989 as Subaru's flagship, offered in sedan and wagon forms with boxer engines and signature symmetrical all-wheel drive. It spawned the rugged Outback wagon and won acclaim for its turbocharged GT models and rally-derived engineering. The nameplate ran for seven generations, with production ending in the mid-2020s in its final markets.
