The Legacy 2.0GT B4 with the automatic gearbox is the easier-going version of the turbocharged fourth-generation sedan sold in Japan from 2003 to 2006. The 2.0-litre EJ20 turbo is rated at 260 PS, 20 PS less than the manual car, and works through a five-speed automatic with all-wheel drive. It gives a turbo Legacy without a clutch pedal.

STORY

The Subaru Legacy is a mid-size car launched in 1989 as Subaru's flagship, offered in sedan and wagon forms with boxer engines and signature symmetrical all-wheel drive. It spawned the rugged Outback wagon and won acclaim for its turbocharged GT models and rally-derived engineering. The nameplate ran for seven generations, with production ending in the mid-2020s in its final markets.
