The Legacy 2.0i B4 is the entry sedan of the fourth-generation Legacy (BL) in Japan, on sale from 2003 to 2006. A naturally aspirated 2.0-litre EJ203 boxer four makes 140 PS and drives all four wheels through an automatic gearbox. It sits at the bottom of a range that also offered turbocharged GT versions, and it is the base grade of the sedan line.

STORY

The Subaru Legacy is a mid-size car launched in 1989 as Subaru's flagship, offered in sedan and wagon forms with boxer engines and signature symmetrical all-wheel drive. It spawned the rugged Outback wagon and won acclaim for its turbocharged GT models and rally-derived engineering. The nameplate ran for seven generations, with production ending in the mid-2020s in its final markets.
