The international 2.5 wagon of the facelifted BH Outback, which got a deeper front end and the six-star emblem back in the grille in May 2001. Its 2.5-litre four-cylinder produces about 167 PS and sends it to all four wheels through an automatic gearbox. It was built from 2001 to 2004 and shares its generation with a 3.0-litre flat-six.

STORY

The Outback launched in 1994 as a raised version of the Legacy wagon with off-road trim, credited with helping popularize the crossover concept in North America.
