The Impreza WRX 2.5 Wagon (GGB) is the European estate of the 'hawkeye' generation, sold from 2005 to 2007. It uses the 2.5-litre EJ255 turbocharged boxer at 230 PS, with a manual gearbox and all-wheel drive. The wagon body gives the same performance as the sedan with a larger load area, behind the Spread Wings grille.

STORY

The WRX began as the performance turbocharged version of the Impreza in 1992, powered by a turbo boxer engine and symmetrical all-wheel drive that made it well known in rallying and among enthusiasts. Subaru later spun the WRX off as its own model line, with the STI variant serving as the high-performance flagship.
